Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations following all traffic laws and company protocols
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and professionalism of SwiftRide-provided vehicles
- Utilize our proprietary app for efficient ride acceptance, navigation, and passenger communication
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle damage immediately through our support system
- Provide outstanding customer service to achieve 5-star ratings and maximize earnings
- Complete mandatory safety training and stay updated on Chicago transportation regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with at least 2 years of clean driving record
- Smartphone proficiency and ability to use our proprietary app seamlessly
- Must pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
