Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using GPS navigation
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Complete all required vehicle inspections and reporting procedures
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and rideshare platform regulations
- Track earnings and mileage through our proprietary driver app
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capability
- Must own a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) passing vehicle inspection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas metropolitan area
- Pass background check and drug screening
