Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations while maintaining excellent customer service
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals and efficient driving
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe vehicle environment for all passengers
- Complete trip documentation and payment processing through our digital platform
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and Austin-specific ride-sharing regulations
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly
- Provide real-time trip updates and communicate professionally with riders
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Reliable 4-door vehicle in excellent condition (2010 or newer)
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use ride-sharing apps
- Clear driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Knowledge of Austin's geography and traffic patterns preferred
- Flexible availability, especially during peak hours and weekends
