Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time delivery status and coordinate with remote drivers to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints professionally and efficiently via phone and email.
- Update and maintain digital delivery logs and tracking systems with 100% accuracy.
- Communicate complex routing instructions to drivers to avoid delays and optimize fuel efficiency.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to prepare packages for the day's remote dispatch.
- Perform daily quality assurance checks on delivery records and driver performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business volume.
