Responsibilities
- Safely Deliver: Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Vehicle Management: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, washes, and basic maintenance.
- Route Planning: Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service during every delivery.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload parcels, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all required delivery documentation and electronic logs.
- Professionalism: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Driver's License: Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Technology: Basic proficiency with handheld devices and GPS navigation.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
