Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated regional routes with predictable schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging (ELD) compliance
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route optimization and delivery coordination
- Uphold strict safety protocols and FMCSA regulatory standards at all times
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient navigation and route planning
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or dedicated route experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety procedures
- Proficient in using ELD systems and basic navigation technology
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with dispatch
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips (home-based in San Antonio)
