About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients across the Detroit metro area. You will act as the face of our company, ensuring every delivery is handled with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to designated addresses within the Detroit, MI area.
- Obtain digital or written signatures upon delivery and verify package contents.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages from the vehicle.
- Resolve delivery issues and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic proficiency with GPS navigation apps and smartphone technology.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality.
