- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction architectures
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflow integration solutions
- Implement quantum-safe cybersecurity frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and cloud specialists
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum annealing and gate-based systems
- Document quantum infrastructure best practices for industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years designing large-scale distributed computing systems
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems
- Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes technical projects
