Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum simulation and cryptography research

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent 5+ years industry experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel algorithms
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Expertise in quantum annealing and quantum supremacy validation
