Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE/ACM journals with patent support
- Optimize qubit stability in our 128-qubit cryogenic processor environment
- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Quantum Engineering fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Security clearance eligibility (DOD Level 5) for classified projects
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit simulation
