Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure $5M+ in government and private quantum research grants
- Mentor a team of 3-5 quantum computing researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
