Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware

- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $1M+ in government grants for quantum R&D
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, CS, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/low-density parity)
- Publication record in quantum information science
- Proficiency in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
