Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Develop novel quantum hardware interfaces and control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals
- Mentor junior researchers and interns

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion qubits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
