- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (Stanford/MIT/Caltech preferred)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (h-index >20)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Demonstrated ability to secure NSF/DOE funding
- Expertise in topological quantum computing
- Fluency in tensor network simulations
