Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for practical applications in cryptography and AI
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for 100+ qubit processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams on superconducting qubit optimization
- Create quantum algorithm frameworks for commercial deployment
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences (Q2B, IEEE)
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in tensor network simulations for quantum systems
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing environments
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theory
