Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Collaborate on quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Publish research in leading scientific journals and present at conferences
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum solutions
- Develop error-correction techniques for practical quantum systems
- Stay current with emerging quantum computing standards and protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Publication record in quantum computing research
- Experience with quantum simulation platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
