Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to improve qubit coherence times and error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional research projects targeting 2026 quantum computing milestones
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Develop patentable quantum software frameworks for commercial deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum simulation tools and high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
