Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for 2026 use cases
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor architecture
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Develop IP portfolios for quantum cryptography applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and high-performance computing
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory to experimental results
