Our interdisciplinary team collaborates with MIT, Stanford, and IBM Research to develop scalable quantum systems. You'll lead experimental protocols, publish in Nature/Science, and directly influence the quantum roadmap that will define the next decade of technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithm experiments on superconducting qubit platforms
- Develop novel error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Lead research in quantum machine learning applications for 2026 use cases
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with superconducting systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Strong publication record in top-tier quantum journals/conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum measurement systems
- Proven ability to translate theoretical models into experimental protocols
