Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptographic applications
- Lead 8-person research team on quantum error correction protocols
- Develop quantum-resistant security frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-qubit coherence
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D grants from NSF/DARPA
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published work in top quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
- Strong background in quantum error correction codes
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary research teams
