You'll shape our quantum roadmap while mentoring the next generation of quantum pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and optimization algorithms
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC infrastructure
- Collaborate on quantum software development frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
- Drive R&D initiatives for quantum machine learning applications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software co-design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages and simulation frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting, trapped-ion, or photonic quantum systems
