Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create quantum algorithms for machine learning, optimization, and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum systems with classical infrastructure

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
