Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Research and integrate emerging qubit technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Establish quantum-computing security frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers
- Create roadmaps for quantum-cloud hybrid computing environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience leading quantum hardware-software co-design projects
- Security clearance for government quantum initiatives preferred
