Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable distributed computing framework optimized for deep learning model training and inference.
- Architect high-throughput GPU and TPU clusters to minimize latency and maximize throughput.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate model requirements into resilient, production-ready infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce architectural standards for data security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern containerized microservices using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Implement advanced MLOps practices to automate model lifecycle management and deployment.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies for 2026, including quantum-ready algorithms and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong background in designing fault-tolerant systems with high availability (99.99%+).
- Proven experience managing large-scale GPU infrastructure and optimizing resource utilization.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and specialized AI hardware accelerators.
