Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-resistant security protocols
- Drive quantum software standardization and best practices
- Present breakthrough innovations to industry consortiums and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or photonic computing
- Strong background in cryptography and cybersecurity
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
