Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid classical-quantum optimization algorithms
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant communication networks
- Research quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for quantum computing innovations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on error correction methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., NIST IR 8105)
- Proven track record of leading technical quantum computing projects
- Expertise in cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
