Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations at scale
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Create blueprints for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum advantage in real-world scenarios
- Mentor quantum software engineers in algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence improvements
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms and mitigation strategies
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and frameworks
