Responsibilities
- Design quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows for enterprise applications
- Create quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware development or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
