Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026's first quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for climate modeling and drug discovery
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Quantum-AI Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier venues
- Strong background in error correction and quantum coherence optimization
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and high-performance computing
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
