Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Conduct quantum circuit simulations using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum algorithm performance on real quantum processors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure AI applications
- Publish findings in Nature Quantum Information and IEEE Quantum Journals
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and classical HPC
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
