Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production-ready systems
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical documentation
- Collaborate with industry partners on real-world quantum-AI applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to deployment
