Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum AI algorithms for real-world applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise-scale solutions
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford researchers on next-gen quantum neural networks
- Drive patent development in quantum machine learning optimization techniques
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences like NeurIPS and Q2B
- Mentor PhD researchers and foster an experimental innovation culture
- Oversee integration of quantum solutions with legacy cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to 100+ qubit systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing $5M+ in government or corporate research grants
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance optimization
- Published work at least 3 times in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
