Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design and implement quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning applications, optimizing them for future 2026 hardware standards.
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead a team of quantum engineers and data scientists, defining the technical roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging quantum technologies and integrate cutting-edge advancements into our production systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and domain experts to translate complex scientific concepts into scalable software solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize quantum circuit execution times and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML and quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyTorch Quantum.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale R&D projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
