Responsibilities

- Create optimization algorithms for quantum neural networks running on fault-tolerant hardware
- Build CI/CD pipelines for quantum software deployment in cloud-native environments
- Collaborate with physics teams to calibrate qubit coherence times for real-time inference
- Document quantum algorithms with patentable IP potential
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing fundamentals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Expertise in distributed systems architecture (Kubernetes, gRPC, Apache Spark)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or error correction
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation protocols
- Strong background in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
