In this role, you will architect the next generation of neural networks that leverage quantum computing paradigms to solve complex optimization problems in real-time. You will work alongside leading physicists and data scientists to create algorithms that will define the technological landscape of the mid-21st century.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning and optimization tasks.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software solutions with next-gen QPU architectures.
- Conduct theoretical research and publish findings in top-tier scientific journals.
- Optimize existing neural networks to run efficiently on hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior researchers in advanced Python and C++ development.
- Develop simulation environments to test theoretical models before physical deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
