Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for package deliveries across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using GPS tracking systems
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and route optimization protocols
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class E Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Proficient in using GPS navigation and mobile tracking apps
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English and Spanish
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Knowledge of Miami traffic patterns and delivery zones
