Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers across Raleigh using company-provided vehicles
- Verify order accuracy and maintain pristine condition during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly communication at every delivery point
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and follow all safety protocols
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Handle cashless transactions and digital payment processing
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Smartphone proficiency for order tracking and communication
- Background check and drug screening required
- Food handler certification preferred (training provided)
