Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, distributed AI systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists in research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define the technical vision for AI safety, ethics, and alignment with human values.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate research into market-ready applications.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, robotics, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Deep understanding of Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the long-term implications of AI technologies.
