Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical vision for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) into core products.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive research initiatives that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data governance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
