Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers.
- Professional loading and unloading of cargo from the delivery vehicle.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable vehicle at all times.
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling returns efficiently.
- Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Updating digital logs and tracking systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle (if not provided) or be willing to use company fleet.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and smartphone technology.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
