Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles following all DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip records
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Deliver goods on schedule while maintaining excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety protocols and defensive driving practices
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Participate in ongoing training programs for skill development
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B)
- No prior driving experience required (training provided)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be 21+ years old
