Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (flatbeds/dry vans) for local deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Load/unload freight using appropriate equipment
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and background check
- Knowledge of Atlanta metro area roadways
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts (Thu-Sun)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for e-logging
