Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using CityRide's mobile app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Efficiently navigate Houston's streets using GPS technology
- Complete trips accurately and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to all CityRide safety protocols and local traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2006 or newer in good condition
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and ability to use the CityRide app
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Houston metropolitan area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
