Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, documents, and pharmaceuticals to and from medical facilities.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and safety protocols to ensure specimen integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized vehicle at all times.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Update delivery tracking systems accurately and in real-time.
- Handle customer interactions with a professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Uphold company policies regarding timekeeping and attendance.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting packages and handling specimens up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent time management skills and an unwavering commitment to punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and communicating via mobile apps.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
