Responsibilities
- Securely transport medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and lab samples between clinics, hospitals, and labs
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using specialized equipment
- Complete meticulous chain-of-custody documentation for all shipments
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard safety protocols at all times
- Provide real-time delivery tracking updates to medical facilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team for urgent same-day deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Experience in medical/pharmaceutical logistics or healthcare setting
- Proficiency with mobile tracking apps and basic tech systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and navigate medical facilities
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Background check and drug screening required
