- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations within Raleigh
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Report delivery issues or customer feedback promptly to operations team
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance
- Smartphone with data plan for delivery tracking app
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
