Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scan packages using handheld devices
- Ensure timely adherence to delivery routes and schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution facility
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Louisville area
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
