Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to designated locations using GPS navigation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Adhere to company safety protocols and local delivery regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area and surrounding suburbs
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation and communication
- Reliable transportation to/from designated shift locations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions when applicable
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
