Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to commercial and residential locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in perfect condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including professional interactions and package handling.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently using hand trucks or dollies.
- Accurately log deliveries using a handheld device and maintain delivery logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld GPS devices.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
