Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate delivery of packages, food, and retail items to customers across Seattle
- Maintain professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Safely operate company vehicles following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Efficiently manage delivery routes using GPS navigation to optimize time and fuel
- Verify delivery details and obtain proper documentation/signatures
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to insured transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Seattle neighborhoods
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communication
